Saw This Made This Installation

Chelsea Factory // New York City, NY

Bombay Sapphire’s "Saw This Made This" interactive campaign was brought to life with an art gallery-like event at the Chelsea Factory in NY. Exploring the future of creativity, technology, and art making, the space was transformed into a captivating digital and tangible art gallery with a custom-made amphitheater for the audience to meet the renowned movie director Baz Lurhman, Tim Marlow, Director at the Design Museum in London, and the mesmerizing Ai-Da Robot.

Ai-Da Robot is the world’s first ultra-realistic artist robot who draws and paints using cameras in her eyes, AI algorithms, and her robotic arm. This groundbreaking exploration of using A.I. as a tool to enhance human creativity at scale made it the world's largest mass participation A.I. art event. Spanning three days, the event began with an exclusive night for press and influencers, followed by two consumer days. Visitors immersed themselves in the artistic atmosphere, exploring the curated collection of submissions from around the world, including photography, sculpture, and print-making. The highlight was witnessing Ai-Da Robot paint “live” using inputs from guest submissions from around the world through the hashtag #sawthismadethis.

This was the first event of its kind to enhance human creativity at scale, making it the world's largest mass participation A.I. art event.
